PreservationNote from Paul Collins: "This was a game-making utility released through magazine ads, and I remember that I submitted the current TZX image myself, many years ago. (I recovered it off an old tape.) However, I only had part of the package... It consisted of a few different tools: I remember two specific things at least: there was a font/UDG designer tool, and also some machine-code sound effects (zap, pow, bang...) which you could USR-call from your own BASIC programs. The file in the archive is just the one CODE file that I recovered (it might just be the sound effects). So we need to note that this isn't complete, and a perfect copy is still missing."
